On arrival at NJP, you will be greeted by one of our friendly representatives first. After completing the greeting process, start a journey towards Lolegaon with our skilled driver. Lolegaon is a fascinating Lepcha Hamlet in the Darjeeling District of West Bengal. Your journey `towards this scenic hamlet is full of splendid sights and breathtaking mountains. You will reach Lolegaon after a thrilling journey of approximately 100 km. Now, check into your hotel and be fresh. After spending some time at leisure, get out explore some of the sightseeing places at Lolegaon.

Start your sightseeing journey by visiting Neora Valley National park, a prime attraction of tourists at Lolegaon comprising nearly 100 acres of forest land. The place is ideal for nature and bird lovers. Feel the solace of nature here and get to know a very unique creature named Red Panda. The park is also a natural habitat of many other wild animals you can see.

Next, experience walking on a 180 meters long wooden tree-top bridge name Canopy Walk. It is hanging from one tree to another. View the pristine forest from a reasonable height and feel the continuous swing of the bridge. Get the majestic view of Kanchenjunga and Mount Everest from a wooden hilltop named JhandiDara. Get a chance to experience the most cherished memory of your life by seeing the sunrise over the snow-peaked Kanchenjungha.

After visiting all these attractive sightseeing places, you will be taken back to your hotel room. Fresh yourself up and at night have a delicious dinner. Overnight stay at Lolegaon.

After spending a wonderful night here at Lolegaon, wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast. Check out from your hotel and start an onwards journey to Lava with our skilled driver. Lava is a famous tourist destination mostly popular for trekking and bird watching activities. The route to Lava is quite scenic because of the surrounding Alpine, Pine, and Birch trees. So, after covering more than 50 km, you will reach this breathtaking hamlet. Now, check into your hotel and relax as you are completely free now for the rest of the day. Stroll into the nearby places and spend some quality time alone in the lap of nature. In the evening, enjoy nature's own cricket song. Finally, overnight stay at Lava.

Day 3 of our Silk route Tour Package is all about you being transferred to Kolakham. So, after an early morning breakfast, check out from your hotel and start a thrilling journey towards Kolakham, a breathtaking hamlet in the Kalimpong district of West Bengal. After covering not more than 5 km and reaching Kolakham, check into your new hotel and have some rest.

After spending some time at leisure, visit Changey Falls, a mesmerizing waterfall band also one of the highest altitude waterfalls in the entire North Bengal. It is a hidden treasure amidst the hills and forests where you can see shimmering crystal clear falling water. Moreover, the melodious chirping of amazing Himalayan Birds like Grey Treepie, Indian Robin, Blue Whistling Thrush, White Capped Water Redstart, Verditer Flycatcher, Niltava, Blue Fronted Redstart, etc add more charm to this mesmerizing place.

After spending the entire day and absorbing the scenic beauty of Changey Falls, our skilled driver will drive you back to your hotel. Now, have some rest and fresh yourself up. Overnight stay at Kolakham after having a delicious dinner.

On day 4 of your Silk Route Tour for 7 Nights 8 Days, wake up early and have your breakfast. Now, check out from your hotel and start a fascinating journey towards Aritar, a scenic hamlet located in the East Sikkim popularly known for its rich history and fascinating landscape. Cover more than 53 km by road and you will finally reach Aritar. Now, have some rest after checking into your hotel.

After spending some quality time while resting, come out to start a sightseeing journey towards Aritar. First, visit AritarGumpa, a magnificent Buddhist monastery known for its splendid ancient architecture. Moreover, you can also see many splendid paintings, murals, and artifacts nicely drawn and preserved here. Later, visit Mankim Temple and Rai Temple which are situated on the hilltop of Mankin. Enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley and Mount Kanchenjunga. Indulge yourself in the trekking activities and discover some memorable tranquil places where the time is worth spending. After visiting and discovering all these sightseeing places, return back to your resort. Relax for a while and in the evening stroll into the nearby places. Finally, overnight stay in the resort at Aritar

Day 5 of our Silk Route Tour Package will be about proceeding to Phadamchen, a magnificent hamlet situated in the elevation of 8000 ft. Surrounded by dense forest, this tiny hamlet is quite ideal for watching various unique birds and spending quality time in calmness. So, after covering approximately 28 km, you will reach there. Now, complete your check-in process and spend some time at leisure. Stroll into the nearby places as you have the entire day now to do whatever you want. In the evening, enjoy the scenic sunset while hearing a unique cricket's song. Finally, have your dinner and overnight stay at Phadamchen.

Day 6 of your Silk Route Tour will be about exploring some of the fascinating sightseeing places of Madamchen. Start your thrilling sightseeing journey by visiting The Thambi View Pont. Situated at an elevation of 11000 ft, from here you can catch a magnificent sunrise from the snow-peaked mountains. Your next destination is none other than the iconic Nathang Valley. Situated at an elevation of 13500 ft, the place is idle for having a panoramic view of the entire hamlet. Moreover, you can also visit the temple and a Buddhist Monastery to take the blessing of the god.

You will also be transported towards Jalep La, a breathtaking Pass located at an elevation of 13, 999 feet which links Lhasa to India. On your way, visit Old Baba Mandir, a magnificent sightseeing place and mandir in Sikkim built in the memory of a great Indian Soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. We will also take you to visit a breathtaking Lake named Kupup. Nestled at an elevation of 13069 feet, the lake undoubtedly looks like the lake of paradise. You can also enjoy a charming view of blooming flowers around the lake.

After exploring all these sightseeing places, return back to your hotel and fresh yourself up. Have a delicious dinner in the night and stay here in the hotel at Phadamchen.

After spending a wonderful night at Phadamchen, on day 7 of your Silk Route Tour, you will be transferred to Sillerygaon after having early morning breakfast. Sillerygaon is a scenic hamlet and the journey towards it is going to be a memorable one. Finally, after covering more than 56 km by road, you will finally reach SilleryGaon. Now, check into your hotel and fresh yourself up in the hotel room. In the evening, wander through the nearby places and enjoy the music of Cricket and nature's calmness. Return to your hotel room and have your dinner. Overnight stay at the breathtaking SilleryGaon.

Day 8 is the last day of our Silk Route Tour Package. So, have your breakfast after waking up early. No, check out from your hotel and start a thrilling returning journey towards NJP. Bid adieu to the fascinating silk route tour after collecting a bunch of sweet unforgettable memories. Reach NJP by covering approximately 96 km by road. And finally, our Silk Route Tour Package comes to an end.

  • Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / NJP StationHotel Accommodation as per the name mentioned in the Category for duration as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by NON AC vehicle which will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis).
  • This vehicle will also change sector wise.

EXCLUSION Details

  • Government GST as applicable (as on date 01/07/2017 it is 05%)
  • Cost for extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Cost for optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Guide, Sightseeing entrance fees.
  • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the "Cost Includes" Head
  • Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Insurance.
  • Cost for any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to change in package cost, which may come into effect prior to departure
  • Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note as per the Government Rule, in 01 Tata Sumo / Hard Top Jeep only 08 heads are allowed that is including child. In 01 INNOVA only 06 heads are allowed that is including child. Incase the number of heads traveling increases above 08 in a Tata Sumo / Hard Top Jeep & 06 in an Innova than the guest will have to opt for the 2nd (second) vehicle for which the cost is mentioned above.

Incase the guest is opting for INNOVA as per the unwritten syndicate rule; INNOVA will do the main transfer & sightseeing of Kalimpong & Darjeeling only. Lachung & Pelling sightseeing will be done by NON AC Tata Sumo / Mahindra Maxx / Hard Top vehicle which may have front / side facing seat. Gangtok sightseeing will be done by NON AC Maruti Van / Similar (one vehicle for every 04 paying Pax). Also while opting for INNOVA please inform the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be collected directly from the guest.

Process Of Making Advance Payment

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company's account to confirm the package. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).

Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT:

Payments can be be done through our website www.akkcrusier.com by using Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card and Wallets via EBS, CC-Avenue, , Paytm, Atom etc.

EMI OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN OUR GATEWAYS:  

Cash Deposit option at AKK CRUSIER’s offices

Cash deposit in any of our Banks such as  PNB, ICICI, SBI, BOI, UNION BANK OF INDIA  etc.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

There is no contract between AKK CRUSIER and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.

In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.

Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.

Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative service.AKK CRUSIER have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost. 

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Tranasprotation and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
