Itinerary

DAY 1

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri (Drive – 200 km, 8-9 hrs)

Early morning pick-up from Dehradun (around 7:00 AM)
Scenic drive via Mussoorie, Purola, and Mori
Reach Sankri village (6,400 ft) by evening
Check-in to guesthouse, trek briefing and gear check
Overnight stay in Sankri

DAY 2

Day 2: Sankri to Juda Ka Talab (Trek – 4 km, 3-4 hrs)

Breakfast and begin your trek through pine and oak forests Gradual ascent to Juda Ka Talab (9,100 ft), a high-altitude lake Set up camp near the lake Acclimatization walk and evening snacks Dinner and overnight stay in tents

DAY 3

Day 3: Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp (Trek – 4 km, 3-4 hrs)

Trek through snow-laden forests and wide meadows Reach Kedarkantha Base Camp (11,200 ft) by afternoon Hot lunch and rest with mountain views Briefing for the summit climb Overnight stay in tents

DAY 4

Day 4: Summit Day – Kedarkantha Peak and return to Sankri (Trek – 12 km, 8-9 hrs)

Early morning (around 3:00 AM) summit push Reach Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 ft) by sunrise – stunning 360 Himalayan views Descend back to base camp, then continue down to Sankri Dinner and overnight stay in guesthouse

DAY 5

Day 5: Sankri to Dehradun (Drive – 200 km, 8-9 hrs)

Breakfast and check-out Depart for Dehradun by shared vehicle Arrive by evening (around 7:00 PM) – trip ends
