DAY 1

Day 1: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization and Shanti Stupa Visit
  • Arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh (3,500 m)

  • Transfer to hotel for rest and acclimatization to high altitude

  • Post-lunch, leisurely walk around Leh market (if fit)

  • Visit Shanti Stupa at sunset for panoramic views of Leh town and Stok Kangri range

DAY 2

Day 2: Leh – Sumda Chun Monastery – Leh
After early breakfast, drive to Sumda Chun, one of Ladakh oldest and most secluded monasteries (approx. 3 hrs one way) Short hike to the monastery through a traditional Ladakhi village setting Explore the 13th-century artwork and heritage preserved by UNESCO Enjoy packed lunch or local food with villagers (subject to availability) Return to Leh by evening Dinner and overnight stay in Leh
DAY 3

Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La – Hunder Village
Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (5,359 m), one of the world’s highest motorable roads Descend into the green Nubra Valley, known for its cold desert landscape and double-humped camels Stop at Diskit Monastery for views of the valley and Maitreya Buddha statue Arrive at Hunder Village by afternoon and check in to a homestay or boutique camp Evening village walk or camel ride in Hunder dunes Dinner and overnight stay in Hunder

Day 4: Hunder – Turtuk Village – Return to Hunder

Day 5: Hunder – Pangong Tso via Shyok Route
Early morning departure from Hunder to Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok River route En route, stop for photographs along high-altitude streams and dramatic mountain terrain Reach Pangong Tso (4,225 m), a vast high-altitude lake spanning India and China Check in to a lakeside camp and relax by the blue waters Sunset photography session at Pangong Dinner and overnight stay at Pangong
DAY 6

Day 6: Pangong Tso – Tso Moriri Lake – Karzok Village
Early morning drive from Pangong to Tso Moriri via Chushul and Mahe Bridge (long, scenic drive approx. 7–8 hrs) Travel through Changthang region, home to nomadic Changpa herders Arrive at Tso Moriri (4,522 m), another serene lake surrounded by barren hills and snow-capped peaks Check in at a homestay or guesthouse in Karzok Village, one of the highest permanent settlements in the world Evening at leisure by the lake Dinner and overnight stay at Karzok
DAY 7

Day 7: Tso Moriri – Leh – Departure
Early morning departure for Leh via Mahe and Upshi Scenic drive through the Indus Valley with occasional wildlife sightings Arrive in Leh by afternoon (or proceed to airport if departure is same day) Drop at Leh airport or hotel as per your flight schedule
