Itinerary

DAY 1

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN AIZAWL

Arrive at Lengpui Airport, Aizawl. Meet and greet, then transfer to hotel. Evening free to explore Bara Bazar or relax. Overnight stay in Aizawl.

DAY 2

DAY 2: AIZAWL LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Post breakfast, visit key attractions like Solomons Temple, Mizoram State Museum, Durtlang Hills, and KV Paradise. Enjoy panoramic views of the city. Evening leisure time. Overnight stay in Aizawl.

DAY 3

DAY 3: AIZAWL – THENZAWL – VANTAWNG FALLS

After breakfast, drive to Thenzawl. Visit Thenzawl Golf Course, Handloom Centre, and Deer Park. Proceed to Vantawng Falls, the highest waterfall in Mizoram. Overnight stay at Thenzawl.

DAY 4

DAY 4: THENZAWL – LUNGLEI

Post breakfast, drive to Lunglei, the second largest town in Mizoram. Visit Saikuti Hall and the scenic Lunglei Rock Bridge. Explore local markets. Overnight stay in Lunglei.

DAY 5

DAY 5: LUNGLEI – PHURA – PHAWNGPUI NATIONAL PARK BASE

Early morning, drive to Phura village, the entry point to Phawngpui National Park. Enjoy the untouched countryside views. Check-in at a local guesthouse or camp. Overnight stay at Phura.

DAY 6

DAY 6: TREK TO PHAWNGPUI BLUE MOUNTAIN PEAK

After breakfast, start your trek to Phawngpui Blue Mountain Peak, the highest point in Mizoram (2157 meters). Explore the vibrant flora, unique orchids, rare bird species, and breathtaking views from the peak. Return to base by evening. Overnight stay at Phura.

DAY 7

DAY 7: PHURA – AIZAWL RETURN

Post breakfast, drive back to Aizawl via Lunglei. Check-in at hotel and relax. Evening free for shopping or exploring cafes. Overnight stay in Aizawl.

DAY 8

DAY 8: DEPARTURE FROM AIZAWL

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Lengpui Airport for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of the Blue Mountain experience.
