DAY 1

Day 1: Arrival in Almaty – City Tour

Arrive at Almaty International Airport and transfer to your hotel.
After check-in, embark on a half-day city tour:

- Zenkov Cathedral: A striking wooden cathedral with beautiful colors and intricate designs.

DAY 2

Day 2: Almaty – Kolsai Lakes (Approx. 300 km / 5-6 hours)

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to the Kolsai Lakes (approx. 5-6 hours). Along the way, stop to admire the beautiful landscapes and capture photographs. Arrive at Kolsai Lakes, a group of three stunning alpine lakes surrounded by towering mountains and lush forests. Explore the lower lake and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Optionally, take a boat ride on the lake or walk around the area to enjoy the natural beauty. Check-in and spend the evening in Kolsai. Overnight stay near Kolsai Lakes.

DAY 3

Day 3: Kolsai Lakes – Almaty

After breakfast, take a morning walk or hike around the Kolsai Lakes to explore more of the area natural beauty. You can also visit Sary-Bulak Village, where you can experience the rural charm of the region. In the afternoon, drive back to Almaty. On the way, you may stop at some scenic spots for photos. Arrive back in Almaty by evening and relax or enjoy free time. Overnight stay in Almaty.

DAY 4

Day 4: Medeo Ice Rink & Shymbulak Ski Resort

After breakfast, head to Medeo Ice Rink, located in the Alatau Mountains, one of the highest outdoor ice-skating rinks in the world. Take the cable car to Shymbulak Ski Resort for magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy some time at the resort, where you can choose to ski, snowboard, or simply enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Optionally, explore the resort cafes and enjoy the scenic environment. Return to Almaty for the evening. Overnight stay in Almaty.

DAY 5

Day 5: Almaty – Charyn Canyon

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Charyn Canyon (approx. 220 km / 3.5 hours). Explore the Valley of Castles, famous for its unique rock formations and dramatic landscapes. Spend the day hiking, taking photographs, and exploring the stunning natural beauty of the canyon. Return to Almaty in the evening and enjoy your last night in the city. Overnight stay in Almaty.

DAY 6

Day 6: Departure from Almaty
